"Its all for your own good" Sounds very familiar right. This is what almost all parents say. Books, books and more books that what revolves round us everyday. Are you sick of them?
Do you realise that in Singapore, average students see more of their teachers than their own parent? This is all because of the long hours we have in school. Especially when we have activities after school. For me, if I have my CCA after school and my parents do not fetch me, I reach home around eight plus. I only see my parents for at most three to four hours before I sleep. How can this be compared to the ten plus hours we spend with teachers?..
