Abstract
Business research is the process of finding solutions to a specific problem encountered in the work setting (Pelosi, p. 11). Organizations routinely manage problems encountered in the workplace. Effectively following the proper steps in conducting business research is a key aspect of ensuring a successful resolution to any business problem. Freightliner has an antiquated claim processing system and needs to research the options available regarding upgrading or replacing the current system.
