RECRUITMENT PLAN
RECRUITMENT is the process of finding and attracting a pool of capable and qualified applicants for employment to be able to make SELECTION from them. The recruitment process includes four steps. These steps are: identification of employee attributes that are required for the job, definition of the target group, definition of the recruitment strategy and finally the recruitment.
In case of Technosoftware Company the first two steps have been already set. As for recruitment strategy there are 4 different approaches offered.

Make or Buy strategy?
The company may choose to make an employee themselves by training for the long run. This approach is offered since this company is working as a defensive company with a demand for structure, rules and stability. The organizations should recruit on entry level and look for learning capabilities. On the other hand the BUY strategy is suitable, as well, owing to the fact that this company is a dynamically developing organization that needs an experienced employee immediately...
