this is the second time i gotta do this. HELP ME LORD. The most important part of a weight loss program is that it is safe. It is recomended by the National Institutue of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases that it is healthy to lose 3 pounds per week at most. It must be understood that it takes time for a person to get results from all weight loss programs. Also, it is important to ask your doctor about having reasonable goals. It is also recomended that when you are first starting a work out routine, you must not over do it. It is recomended by the FDA that when you first begin, you do around thirty minutes of work per day. However, the FDA also says that the time you spend exercising should increase as the calories you have increase.
