Paul Klee was born in Mnchenbuchsee, Switzerland on December 18, 1879. When Klee was two years old he moved to Munich. In Munich he went to a private school called Munich Academy. Klee's family was said to be very musical and creative. Therefore he learned to play the violin exceptionally well. Although he loved violin he decided to study art instead of music when he began school. After some of his schooling Klee toured Italy and painted all over.
He soon after married Lili Stumpf, a pianist, in 1906. He started painting seriously and most of his early works were pen and ink drawings and etchings. He used a lot of different kinds of art while painting...
