In my opinion I think that the government should become involved because it is not their property to sunbath naked on. It is a beach owned by the district and it is also other people's liberty to go to the beach where people are properly clothed. That is why certain beaches are established, so that people who go to those beaches know to expect the naked.
2- A landlord refused to keep the heat above 50 degrees during the wintertime. Should the government become involved? Explain
In my opinion I think that the government should not become involved. It is the landlords' property and he or she should have the right to keep it at a temperature they want. If the person does not agree he needs to find another place, and eventually the landlord will have no clients...
