Samuel Johnson once wrote, " We grow weary of those things (and perhaps soonest) which we most desired" (boredom fads desire). Throughout our childhood we have been a part and witnessed many different kind of fads. Whether they have been fashion, music, cartoons, toys, or distinct inventions. These fads influence many aspects of our life. We purchase items that we may not have any use for, and acquire them only because the people around us have one. Because we fell the desire and the need to have one too. A variety of these fads have a major impact in society, when they were first released, especially the Furby.
The fabulous Furby fad is the one fad I recall being very popular. This was an interactive plush toy that was first introduced in 1998. These toys exceeded the processing power of the first Lunar Module to land in the moon...
