As my wedding approaches I'd like to take the time to thank you all for your participation on this very special day. Simply take this form to your neighborhood "Vito" or mall formal wear attendant, have them fill out the form, then mail it back.
As a male, I realize that a trip to the local tailor can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience. The manhandling and measuring that happens in these places should be illegal in most states (except CA). I thank you all in advance for your efforts and apologize to any of you that are violated during this process. Please return the forms no later than the date specified on the card.
