On October 15, 2003, I attended the Graduate Exposition. I had the opportunity to ask questions and learn about the different opportunities offered at the various colleges and universities. There were many schools that offered courses surfacing my major, but not directly focused on psychology. As I began to walk around I found that the University of Central Florida offered a graduate program in the field of psychology.
Known as the College of Arts and Sciences Division, it is the largest, most comprehensive and diverse college at UCF. The University of Central Florida is compromised of one school, sixteen departments, and ten programs. They offer both a masters and doctoral degree program in Clinical, Applied Experimental and Human Factors, and Industrial and Organizational.
I also found out that the University of Georgia Graduate School offers a summer program for all undergraduates in pursuit of graduate education. This program offers undergraduates with a 3.0 and above and if minority backgrounds the exposure to the experiences of graduate school and faculty whose work is closely related to their academic interests and career goals...
