The global attitude that managers have in Quiksilver is the polycentric attitude. Polycentric attitude gis the view that the managers in the host country know the best work approaches and practices for running their business.h Quiksilver focuses on using the best idea and approaches from people (local) that has better understanding of their country. Quiksilver has markets around the globe so they hire employees that are familiar with that country. By doing this they are able to make adjustment in marketing and designing to fit their product in each country.
Different Types of Global Organization
Quiksilver is a transnational corporation (TNC), where they operate in more than one country but expand their management in each country. Locals are hired in each country to run Quiksilver in order adjust marketing strategies to each countryfs unique characteristics. They are able to adapt their product in each country making them one of the leading surf brands throughout the world.
