Every day people make mistakes and different actions and every day people learn from those mistakes as well as their actions. After certain action are taken whether they be good or bad many people turn to other people and blame then for their proceedings. In the play Macbeth, Macbeth makes a horrible error by killing king Duncan in order to become king later on. It is questioned it whether or not Macbeth or Lady Macbeth is to blame for Macbeth's action and downfall later on in the play. Definitely Lady Macbeth played an enormous role in the murder of king Duncan, maybe not physically but definitely mentally. Lady Macbeth was the person to come up with the plan to kill king Duncan in the first place and when Macbeth was having second thoughts as to whether or not he should kill king Duncan, Lady Macbeth was right there encouraging him to go threw with the plans as follows. Throughout the play it is proven that Lady Macbeth is to blame for Macbeths downfall and actions.
In act one after the war Macbeth encounters the three witches, the three witches announce the three prophesies to Macbeth and Banquo. The third prophesy states that Macbeth will become king in the near future, knowing this Macbeth immediately informs his wife of the prophesy. Overwhelmed by the news Lady Macbeth informs Macbeth of her plan to ensure that Macbeth does become king sooner rather then later...
