The boy lived with his mother in Chicago. The mother wasn't doing so good and was low on money and she thought that she wouldn't be able to take care of the boy. The boy's mother sent The boy to live with his grandmother who lived in a cookcamp. The first night he heard sounds from outside and the sounds woke him up. That morning, there were many hungry men who came in for breakfast. He didn't know that his grandmother cooked meals for working men...
