On October 9, 1940 in Liverpool, England, John Lennon was born. Growing up, John lived with his Aunt Mimi who he considered the greatest person. From the age of four till his college years, he lived with her. John didn't have a relationship with his father and in this case most say caused his prankster ways as a boy.
As a boy and young adult, John enjoyed drawing grotesque figures and cripples. One of the reasons for his obsession was because of the death of his mother Julia before John was even 18. Though John wasn't a genius with his school work, he had a overwhelming artistic talent. With this skill, he attended a college for art.
John never recalled feeling desperately sad or unusually happy. Unfortunately that calm was suddenly shattered when his mother did die...
