Does Punishment deter unwanted behavior? A question that gets a lot of play on peoples lips, with no real answers, of what they think about this or that. Thanks to the new information age and its affect on society even more people debate punishment over rehabilitation. We can't even agree on whether we want to punish or rehabilitate adult felons, so what about children? Are kids easier to rehabilitate than adults, or is a violent child on an inevitable road toward becoming an even more violent adult? And at what age should a murderer pay the ultimate price for his crimeand do we base this on his understanding of his actions, or on how young a child society can stand to execute?
