Black and white films are not as popular as they used to be years ago, but this western film, "High Noon" which was filmed in 1952, is definitely worth watching. "High Noon" deals with many issues that existed back in the 50's and still exist today, in the new millennium. A few issues that are presented in the film and that are worth disguising deal with the ethical dilemma of the characters in the film, religious issues, and the moral that the film teaches us.
At the beginning of the movie, Will Kane was the marshal of the small western town of Hadleyville. On this day, Will Kane was giving up his title as marshal and marrying a lovely lady by the name of Amy Fowler. Since the new marshal was not arriving until the next day, Kane was a little hesitant about leaving his town under no one leadership. The town insisted, though, that he could leave and go on his honeymoon with his new wife. Right after the ceremony, Kane found out that a man, by the name of Frank Miller, was coming into town on the noon train. This man was not an ordinary man, this man wanted revenge on the old marshal, for the marshal, Kane, put him into jail.
Since Miller was coming into town, Kane decided on turning back and returning to his town...
