  GROUP PROJECT PART 1
  
  Goal: The goal for part 1 is to identify, analyze and model an existing system. This must be a real system used in a real organization. Your group should choose a system for which you have some access to key stakeholder groups (i.e., users, developers, managers).
  
  Part 1 Deliverable: A double-spaced report, not to exceed 20 pages (excluding cover page and appendices, including diagrams). The report should have a cover page listing the group members and the name of the system. The report should include the following information (in this order):
