Being a teenager is tough enough. They go through a lot of changes, start to feel feelings they’ve never had before, and, sometimes, must make tough decisions. One of these decisions is their sexuality. Society has never accepted homosexuals. Making the wrong decision can lead to social rejection. Homosexuals have never been accepted because of the negative impacts they have on society. The gay guys contribute to the AIDS problem up in San Francisco and other places where there are gay guys. It is often easy to discriminate against homosexual. The government had to make a law just to help them get a job. At schools, kids often tease one another when they say, “You’re gay”. No one ever wants to be called gay. Another negative effect homosexuals have on our society is the harassment and hate crimes.
