The first thing I remember that night was opening my eyes and seeing nothing but dirty ceiling tiles. When I awoke I tried to raise my head but could not move. I felt as if I was strapped down to whatever I was laying on. I let out a loud scream then remember fainting, only to be quickly awoken by a nurse with some smelling salts. I wanted answers about what was happening to me. The last thing I remembered is that I was at the Improv in the Cleveland Flats with my friend Liz getting ready to leave. Just then a doctor leaned over me and said "Not to worry Miss, we are just trying to run some tests to make sure there is no serious injury from your car accident." The nurse explained the straight board and neck brace to keep my body still until all test and x-rays were complete. I then tried to explain how I had no idea I was even involved in a car accident, only to be told to calm down and remain still. How could I calm down...
