Have you ever woken up to a splitting head ache and your hole body feeling like it’s was beaten with a rubber sledge hammer last night. Well we all know this as the infamous hang over. Now we all know how we end up with a hang over, you know that last one that surly wouldn’t hut anything. But then why do you get hung out to dry, the morning after. So is all hope lost? Is there nothing you can do? Well not really unless you understand why a person gets a hang over. In this speech I am going to explain what alcohol does to your body, how it caused a hangover and what can be done to help. First off the only sure firer way to avoided a hand over is to not drink. So with that said the hang over is one of the things that we just have to deal with. Alcohol is in fact a drug and also contains many toxins. So the more you drink the more toxins your body have to deal with. This build up of toxins is the major cause of a hangover.
