In January, nighteen hundred and sixty-one President John F. Kennedy gave his
inaugural address to the nation and the world. His speech applied to all people because
of his strong use of logos, ethos, and pathos. In John F. Kennedy's inaugural speech he
addressed the importance of freedom. John F. Kennedy was seeking to accomplish that
the American people as well as people from all nations understood that freedom for all
