WORK AGREEMENT

WORK HOURS
Flexible 405-550 hours/week, typically Monday through Thursday from 8 until 6, plus any 2 of the following every month: a Friday afternoon, a Friday evening, a Saturday evening, and/or a Sunday afternoon. We will give you as much advance notice of evening/weekend hours as possible.
SALARY
You will be paid $400 gross/week payable weekly on Monday, plus overtime for hours in addition to the agreed upon above to be compensated at the rate of $10/hour. This rate applies for the duration of the one year contract (January 2001-2002), excluding the first 30 days which is addressed under Living Arrangements below.
PROBATION PERIOD
The first 60 days of your employment are probationary. No benefits of vacation nor sick days will be paid during this time (except for those specifically outlined in Living Arrangements below).
TRAINING
You will provide us with evidence that you have satisfactorily completed an Infant First Aid and CPR class on or before February 1, 2002. We will cover the cost of this class; however, itIt shall be your responsibility to make arrangements for the class during your off-duty hours.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
It is our responsibility to provide you with adequate information, guidance and instruction to enable you to complete any task that is requested as part of this agreement. It is your responsibility to ask for assistance or guidelines in the performance of any activity that may be new to you, or in any situation for which you desire additional information...
