Importance of Education
Education is very important in society today. Most jobs require a Bachelor's Degree just to consider an applicant. The era has passed when you could start out in a mail room and work your way to the top of a company, much less drop out of college and start a billion dollar company, i.e. Bill Gates. Most students know this fact because they hear lectures about how important college is from there parents, counselors, teachers, etc. A lot of students are born to believe that sports are the way to success. Yet most student's education is not at the top of there priority list.
Years ago, students would drop out of high school and get a job. At the time you could work anywhere and if you worked hard enough you could become a manager at your company...
