The Changes in Britain from 1750 - 1900
Britain changed a lot from 1750 - 1900. Many things changed such as Culture, Politics, Population and many more. These things changed amazingly, greatly and fast.
The population changed incredibly during this time period. In 1750 the population of Britain was only 11 million. In 1825 it had grown to 21 million, which is a growth of t10 million people over just 75 years. But in 1900 Britain had a population of 40 million! This means that it had grown 19 million in 75 years.
In the countryside there was a sudden decrease in the percentage of people living and working in the countryside. In 1750 approximately 80% of people lived and worked in the countryside, whereas this percentage dropped to 60% by 1825...
