In our legislative system, a big argument is debating over Justice. With many people with different perspectives, laws can at times warp true justice. The law needs to be constantly reexamined to serve justice at any given time and place. Maintaining order and peace are necessary and giving everyone their god-given rights, as long as it does not interfere nor hinder others rights. It is vital to sort through legislation and pinpoint how the law can be impartial, fair, and just.
It is very important for justice to be impartial. Problems arise with Judges and law enforcement that allow bias and discrimination to affect their judgment. In the court of law, both sides need to be reviewed under the same standards and light. One background should not affect the outcome of a situation, but justice needs to be served and respected. Since we aim for an impartial judicial system, we must try within our power to honor and respect the findings of the courts...
