Between the years of 1939 and 1945, the world experienced one of the most devastating wars in human history. What began as a minor conflict between Germany and an Anglo-French coalition escalated into possibly the greatest struggle modern society has ever endured. World War II was probably the most influential war in history. To this day, the views presented during this war are still issues in society.
Nazi Germany used the tool of propaganda as a very effective political weapon. Propaganda was as much of a factor in German warfare as the tanks, ships, and troops. Brainwashing the public was the key element in the Nazi's rise to power. Through the power of persuasion, Hitler convinced millions of people to detest a whole race of people. Hate and ignorance drove the Nazi campaign.
