Depression
Depression is presently one of the most commonly diagnosed diseases that exists today. It is the most common mental illness that has ever existed. Mostly all people have heard about depression, but very few actually know what it really is. You may think that it's just a constant feeling of sadness and no motivation. This is somewhat true, but not completely. It's a disease that takes over both your mind and body as well. Not only does it make people 'sad,' but it can cause you to eat too little or can cause gluttony. It can make you sleep too much or it can make you an insomniac. It affects the amount of work that you do, whether you do too much work and get stressed out, or you have no ambition to do any work at all...
