Executive Summary This plan is prepared to obtain financing for the initial launch of this concept. The financing is required to begin work on kitchen design, architectural plans, manuals and recipe books, site selection, equipment purchases, and to cover expenses in the first year of business. Additional financing will need to be secured for the two subsequent units anticipated in July, 2002 and January, 2003. Our positive cash flow will help to offset some of this burden. Most people know that the food that Six Happiness consumes not only must be healthy but the dining experience in itself should be a pleasurable one too. Customers know that they can find these 2 important criteria’s of fine dining at Six Happiness. Our chefs have first class culinary skills, especially in Chinese cooking and shark-fin dishes. In order to provide the customers with the perfect Chinese cuisine, we provide professional service and we utilizes the latest up-to-date interior designing for all our restaurants in order to create a perfect ambience. The financing, in addition to the capital contributions from the owners, will allow Six Happiness to successfully open and maintain operations through year one. The initial capital investment will allow Six Happiness to provide its customers with a value driven, entertaining dining experience. A unique, mid-scale, innovative environment is required to provide the customers with an atmosphere that will induce Singapore citizen to bring their family and friends to dine and socialize. Successful operation through year three will provide adequate cash flow to be self-sufficient in year four. 1.0 Introduction Six Happiness is a Chinese - style restaurants, like the recent economic revival, are slowly striding forward and expanding.
