There are certain considerations, which need to be established while applying wireless networks. First consider the insecurity of such application, an individual may simply tap into the communication system, it just a matter of passing by the area in a vehicle. On the other hand wireless is the most practical income of communication. Integrity—The property that data has not been changed, destroyed, or lost in an unauthorized or accidental manner. The information must be protected from unauthorized, unanticipated, or unintentional access. Authenticity—A third party must be able to verify that the content of a message has not been changed in transit. Also, a company should verify who is allowed entry into the network. Connectionless integrity guarantees that the received message has not been changed from the original message. This guarantees that the message was sent from the real sender and not someone pretending to be the real sender. There are hardly any areas for serious security for wireless access. The network operators search and apply their own solutions. There are many different organisations which aim to work by the Global Mobile Commerce Forum, the Mobile Wireless Internet Forum, Radicchio, the WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) Forum, and other industry consortia outlines new security methodologies, these organisations all address the main issues: “authentication or verification of authorized access, non-repudiation, data integrity, authorization, confidentiality, and privacy”. These production groups are responsible for a wide variety of hardware vendors, encryption and software vendors, and financial institutions (Norwood 2001). There are many trends that may be applied but the best suited are the following which mainly secure integrity and authenticity threats. There are different types of Security solutions, two of which are hardware and software. The easiest solution is the SIM card, which works with the current generation of WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) devices; this system provides hardware with the approach to encryption and decryption capabilities.
