With the development of the social economy, companies are growing bigger and bigger. And the subsequent problem is that once a company reaches a certain size, it can no longer manage its staff on an individual basis. To function effectively, the organization requires structure, systems and processes to meet its strategic goals. In particular, it needs human resource management system to ensure that it has the right number of people, appropriately trained and committed to the organizations strategy.
