Everybody Wears a Yoke A few weeks ago we talked about a teaching of Jesus. We talked about soil, the soil of our hearts. We realized that in order for God’s Word to do anything good in our hearts we have to put it into practice and we need to invite Jesus into our hearts. Then the next week we talked about David and Goliath. We all tried to identify what the Giant is in our lives and to make a choice to run toward the Goliath and kill it, just like David did. Tonight, we are going to look at something that Jesus talked about and I believe that it will help you in your life with the good and the bad. Hold your Bible up and repeat after me: This is my Bible, I can have what it says I can have, I can do what it says I can do. I can be what it says I can be. God did not call me to defeat, but to victory. I will listen, I will obey, I am His and He is mine. Open your Bible to Matthew 11. Jesus loved the people of his day and because He lives, we know that He loves each one of us… He understands our pressures, He understands our struggles.
