Forgiveness is a complex issue. Many factors contribute to an individual's perception on
forgiveness; For some it may be a religious values and for others it may be an admirable social
or personal traits, forgiveness is non-existent. What happens when a person close to you does
the seen ugly unforgivable? This a rises the question: how far is too far? Since the beginning of
time people have been practicing this sacred act of forgiveness; But what is forgiveness.
Forgiveness is a release of stress and trauma on one's heart, mind body and soul. There are
many definitions for forgiveness and they are all true in a sense, because each individual has
his/her own ideology on forgiveness.
Many religious encourage their followers to forgive. Western religious, for example, define
forgiveness as merciful deed that will leas to salvation. Therefore, those who have faith, can
easily justify why should they forgive...
