to the International Association of Miniature Parks (IAMP), this segmentation for Madurodam is quite unique compared to other miniature parks worldwide which do not have a high percentage of their visitors from domestic areas. By understanding the characteristics of Madurodam’s PTM, Group H will gain a better idea of how well Madurodam is catering to the needs and wants of the PTM and if they are fulfilling the ‘gap’ in the market.
