Wrongly Perceived
Are conclusions that we reach blinded by the past? Do our personal thinking tendencies and barriers blind us from clear thinking? By not opening up our minds and observing the situation around us, we can sometimes be far from the actual reality (Kirby, Goodpaster &, Levine). This paper will present an instance where my perception of a situation was completely unfounded. A situation of what I thought to be true. Only later did I realize my misperception.
An employee had been hired as a new electrician in the maintenance shop where I work. He had transferred over from the electrical construction shop that was downsizing.
