(Correspondent, BBC) This is why Kim Jong Il can be considered one of today's modern rogues. As the present leader of North Korea, "he is regarded as the world's most dangerous man, and dubbed "Dr Evil" by Newsweek magazine in January this year." (Correspondent, BBC) Kim Jong Il is by far one of the most powerful and intimidating leaders in the world. He uses most of the country's economy to develop weapons of mass destruction, but at the same time, "President [Bush] on Wednesday called North Korea's [Kim Jong Il] a failed leader who builds nuclear weapons while his people go hungry." (Reynolds, A.5)
       There are little information known on Kim Jong Il's life because of unreliable resources and his rare presents in the public. For instance, records say he was born in Khabarovsk, U.S.S...
