Franklin D. Roosevelt changed the lives of millions of American people during the 1930s.
Not only did he create Social Security, the New Deal, and stabilized the country after a
depression, he did this all while suffering from polio. Everyone had strong feelings about
Franklin D. Roosevelt during his twelve years as president. Many people did not agree
with him. They thought he was destroying the country and the American way of life. Most
