Tony, a middle aged man, clutched his chest in agony as he fell to the floor. An obese man in his late 30s, he knew that his obesity would have a negative effect on his health, but he had never anticipated a stroke- at 37? To us, at our age, Tony's story seems remote. Yet, there is only a twenty-year difference separating some of us from Tony. If we don't act now, what danger could possibly lie ahead in our paths?
