Football, which is one of America’s most demanding sport. Physical conditioning strength, and endurance is key to an athlete’s success. Only players in the best physical condition can survive the wear and tear the body goes through during the competitive season in the Western States Conference (WSC). Coaches for years have tried every avenue to gain the edge. Strength training has become a major part of their off season preparation. In completive sports, different types of performance augmentation are being evaluated and reevaluated looking for the best training method. With more organization becoming aware of the illegal, untested and unsafe methods, like androzine ephedrine, and others supplements, those responsible for training the athletes are turning to a variety of supplements. They ‘re doing these things to hopefully enhance the performance capabilities of their athletes. The use of supplements has gained popularity over the years and you see the push for their use when doing any form of strength training. With the college season quickly approaching it is time for the athletes to begin preparing for the strength and conditioning test prior to fall camp. Many of the athletes entering the program for the first time will also be entering a strength and conditioning Program for the first time also.
