Two ways to Punish a Criminal
There are many different ways to punish a criminal, but in the following paragraphs I will only talk about two. The two ways that I chose are killing someone by the death penalty, or sending them to a correctional facility. One way to punish a person would be to give them the death penalty.
The death penalty is one way. The death penalty is still used today in many areas of the United States. The leading state in the death penalty is Texas. Some states have even banned the death penalty all together. There are actually twelve states now that have banned the death penalty. If a person is convicted of a murder should they be sent to the death penalty? The death penalty is the worst form of punishment here in the United States...
