A case study in telecommunications
Abstract
There are too many IT and IS failure cases that many companies have suffered from before. That always have reasons which lead the project to fail. This might lead to the failure of the whole business. This report will be invistigating the information technology strategies applied by the Australian telecommunication company One-Tel Limited and it will asses if this had affected the whole company to falldown. The report will start with a breif description of the system then, it will go threw a detailed failure symptoms. An analysis of the failure will follow that. Finally, possible recommendations based on the laws will be provided.
