Now what is the worst flaw in the American Government? I would have to say all the politics and bias in our court systems. The United States Constitution says all people have an equal chance to have a jury of his or her peers hear his case and make a judgment. Despite all the rules to help with the equality in the judgments made, there are so many instances where there are biases. One can say that appearance, attitude, and the ethnicity of the defendants affect the decision whether we want to believe it or not. It is almost impossible to eliminate all bias in anything.
