Jimmy Buffett was born on December 25, 1946 in Pascagoula, Mississippi.
Buffet attended the University of Southern Mississippi and earned a degree in history and journalism. After college, Buffett made attempts at careers in a few different fields, all the while feeling incomplete. After time, Buffet realized that his true love was music.
Normally not considered a political man, Buffet expresses his unique and confident opinions in the form of song. This enables Buffet to reach a much wider audience than any other politician without making the listener uncomfortably conscious that they are being exposed to controversial issues.
