"Aggression is the largest, if only, justification for war," according to the just-war theory outlined by Michael Walzer's Walzer's "just and Unjust Wars"; however, the war on Iraq is a non ustifiabele war for more than one reason. First of all, the original sources of nuclear, biological, and chemical warfare led to be a dead end. Secondly, military force on Iraq was ordered 6 months prior to September 11 attack on Trade Towers. And last but not least, the U.S did not have the right to engage in a unilateral attack against Iraq.
The first reason the war in Iraq was unjustified is the Saddam had no weapons of mass destruction. "Iraq today has no nuclear power mainly because it has no fissile material like plutonium or enriched uranium..." stated Aharon Levran from the Sacred Earth Society. With this statment explaining how Iraq does not have the material, or the capabilities to buy, and make a nuclear bomb, and the satellite pictures shown this summer of movement of chemical war fare weapoins of being inconclusive...
