INTRODUCTION
In this experiment, we have set up two types of circuit that is speed control of D/A cylinder V supply air throttling and exhaust air throttling. Throttle relief valve are designed for adjusting the speed of the movement of the pneumatic cylinder rod. By the aid of the experiment, we can define the difference between supply air throttling and exhaust air throttling.
OBJECTIVES
a) To explain the basic function, principle of operation of variable throttle relief valve.
b) To control the speed of pneumatic cylinder using variable throttle relief valve.
c) To explain the difference between supply air and exhaust air throttling.
TASKS
a) To explain the difference between supply air throttling and exhaust air throttling.
b) To state the difference applications between supply air throttling and exhaust air throttling.
