Good morning fellow Toastmasters. I am here today to help inspire you to fail. You may say what? Inspire me to fail? I don't want any inspiration to fail or maybe you just have a fear of failure. But I want to tell you that failure in life is not only inevitable; it's important. And, it is necessary for our growth. If you think about it, what we call failure is actually a very effective way of learning called trial and error. We try something, if it does not work we try something else, all the while retaining the knowledge and experience gained. We do it all the time...
