Half of all marriages today will end in divorce. In previous generations, it was not surprising to hear that a couple was celebrating their twenty- fifth, thirtieth, or even fiftieth wedding anniversary. Will any of the current generations celebrate these milestones? What can people do to increase the probability of a long and satisfying marital relationship? It takes hard work to maintain a healthy marriage.
Being able to communicate is one of the greatest assets in any relationship. Many people have heard that old joke: "How can you tell a married couple in a restaurant?
