Air is 79 percent nitrogen, 20 percent oxygen and a 1 percent mixture of carbondioxide, water vapor, and other gases. Atmosphere is held close to the earth by the pull of gravity, so it gets thinner with increasing distance from the earth. As it absorbs heat from the earth, it expands and rises. When its heat content is radiated into space, the air cools, becomes more dense, and flows toward the earth. Pollution is something produced by humans that interfers with our well being. Gross and particles from valcanoes, dust from natural sources, or odors from decomposition of dead plants, animals and humans.
PRIMARY AIR PULLUTION
Unmodified from insufficient quantities to pose a health risk. They are carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, particulates, sulfer dioxide and nitrogen compounds.
