At Proctor and Gamble there has always been a sense of the future behind everything you do. Proctor and Gamble have lead the way on many new products and technologies but the business environment is constantly changing and in order for Proctor and Gamble to keep afloat there must be change. There are many ways in which organizations deal with change, and there are many levels. Change is not as frightening as it often appears to be. Change can help an organization go from performing at levels which are ordinary to extraordinary. The thing which is most important about change is to be either the leader in change or somewhere in between, but never the victim of change.
