In recently year, more and more people become aware of keeping a healthy lifestyle. I am also tried to pay more attention to keep my lifestyle become healthier.
Actually, my current lifestyle is quite unhealthy because I drink a lot of coffee and tea. I can't stop drinking once a day, otherwise I will feel very uncomfortable. I also always go to bed very late every night later than 1:00a.m., sometime maybe more lately, but I need wake up at 7:00a.m. in next morning to go to work. Therefore I only have around 5-6 sleeping hours and I think this isn't enough for an adult to support their daily life...
