I will focus on the communication process within my imaginary workplace. I will discuss two communication examples taken from my workplace that was successful and unsuccessful. I will relate these examples to the communication process. I will also discuss the effectiveness and efficiency of my communication example.
Successful Communication:
Sterling focus a great deal on communication to address both customer and employee need, and management plans. Examples includes:
Newsletters to celebrate team successes, quality training programs and human interest stories.
Feedback (informal or formal) systems for employees and customers.
Quality partnerships with the corporate division, school districts, nonprofit organizations,and other government agencies.
Letters written for community and locals newspapers, and quality training programs
