The decision-making organ in United Kingdom consists of the Executive branch, the Legislature, and Federalism. In the Executive branch, the monarch is the official head of state and formally summons and dismisses the Parliament and the ministers of the cabinet. The monarch also serves as head of the judiciary, commander in chief of the armed forces, and Supreme Government of the Church of England and Church of Scotland.
